Appearance packages you can get on the GLC

There are two package appearance features you can find in the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC. They are the Exterior Lighting Package and the AMG® Performance Studio Package. Let’s see what features these packages offer.

Exterior Lighting Package. As you can imagine, the Exterior Lighting Package alters the appearance of the lighting options on the exterior of your GLC. This includes the LED headlamps, which have a technology called Curve Illumination. This technology adjusts the headlamps when you steer in order to fully illuminate the curves in the road.

Additionally, the Exterior Lighting Package has the Adaptive Highbeam Assist. This feature has a small camera that detects vehicles ahead of you, both in your lane and in the oncoming traffic, and then adjusts the lighting so that you never accidentally forget to turn the highbeams off when traffic is around you. then, it turns itself back on once there are no cars in front of you.  Altogether, this exterior package costs $800.

AMG® Performance Studio Package.  This particular package includes the AMG® Night Package. This package gives your GLC SUV a menacing look with the front apron, intake fins, and rear valance all painted a glossy black, while the quad tailpipes are a black chrome. The other portion of this package is the AMG® Optics Package, which gives you an additional black accent on the rear diffuser and rear spoiler lip. This package costs $1,500.
