Common things you’ll need to eventually replace on your car

Even if your car is brand new, things will eventually start to break as you continuously use it. This happens to all models, no matter how high-quality they are. However, there are some items that you’ll need to eventually replace on your car.

What things break first on my car?

These aren’t arranged in any sort of order, but here are some things that are usually the first to go on new cars:

  • Lights
  • Battery
  • Sparkplugs
  • Battery for your key fob
  • Brake pads
  • Spark plugs

Thankfully, all of these are easy and cheap fixes, so even though they don’t carry as much longevity as other vehicle parts, they are fairly simple to fix. One item we left off of the list is your windshield. This is because sometimes windshields last a very long time, but there can be factors that cause you to replace them fairly quickly, not to the fault of you or your vehicle. Yes, we are speaking of something hitting your windshield and cracking it. That’s why we advise you to stay the recommended distance away from dump trucks, garbage trucks, semi trucks, and other vehicles that could potentially have debris flying off.
