There are all sorts of cool technologies in your Mercedes-Benz vehicle. But it can be difficult to know how you can actually use these features. So, here’s how to use the Brake-hold function of your luxury vehicle.
As you can see, it’s actually fairly simple to use! All you need to do is press hard on your brake pedal, then lift your foot off. You’ll see a “hold” icon on your screen, letting you know the Brake-Hold Function is currently on. To turn this feature off, all you need to do is press on the gas.
If you are more a visual learner you can check out the video! The brand created an easy-to-understand video on how to use this function. Do you still have questions about your vehicle? You can contact our team here at Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead. We are ready to help you figure out the technologies in your vehicle. If you want to bring your vehicle over and have us give you a refresher on how to use the technologies, you can do that as well!

If you ever find yourself needing assistance on the side of the road you can use the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance button in your vehicle. The Mercedes me button and E Call can connect you to an assistant who can send help to you. Though this should not be used in replacement of dialing 911 in an emergency, the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance can be used for minor issues such as flat tires.
Does your vehicle need maintenance? Contact us here at Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead! Our team of professionals can help you get your vehicle back on the road. Did you know we are going to have a new service facility? We are going to have more bays that are also larger in order to better service for business, company, and fleet vehicles.
