What is the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance?

No matter how great your vehicle is, there are some situations that are out of your hands. Whether you have a flat tire, dead battery, or something else, unfortunate situations can crop up unexpectedly. That’s where Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance can come into play. But what is this feature? Let’s check it out.

Mercedes-Benz available safety features

The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance is a safety service that gives you access to 24-hour roadside assistance. Accidentally run out of gas? You can use this feature to call for assistance and a representative will show up with a couple gallons of gas. Flat tire? They can change it out for you. Dead battery? Jump start. Need to be towed? They can tow your car to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer.

Mercedes-Benz mbrace® assistance

If your vehicle is under the Mercedes-Benz Warranty, you’ll have the Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance. This includes vehicles that are under the: New Vehicle Limited Warranty, Extended Limited Warranty, and the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. New Mercedes-Benz vehicles have the mbrace® feature which allows you to press a button located inside your car to get in contact with an mbrace® operator, who will transfer you to a Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance representative.

You should note that this isn’t a replacement for serious emergency situations. When in doubt, it is always best to call 911.
