What will Mercedes-Benz have at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show?

A new year has started, which means that auto show season is upon us. The first one of this year is the 2017 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit aka the Detroit Auto Show. One automotive brand that always has an exciting presentation is Mercedes-Benz. This year is no different and to prepare for the Detroit Auto Show we’re going to take a look at what drivers can expect from Mercedes-Benz.

When is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe coming out?

Mercedes-Benz has announced that the all-new 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe will make its debut at the Detroit Auto Show. This vehicle might have the E-Class nameplate, but as a coupe it will set itself apart from the sedan version. The 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe will have some added interior touches including jet-inspired air vents, select panels and trimmings and individual rear seats. Mercedes has also announced that the new E-Class Coupe will have more passenger space to take advantage of, but this isn’t the only vehicle being presented at the Detroit Auto Show.

What is the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Night Edition?

Mercedes-Benz will also be presenting a special edition of the S-Class Coupe called Night Edition. This exciting new design includes a distinctive radiator grille with a single louver in high-gloss black with the same finish for the side mirror caps. It will also have multi-spoke light-alloy wheels painted black, a ‘Night Edition’ badge on the front wings, illuminated door sills and a Selenite Grey Magno paint option.

Is Mercedes-Benz updating the GLA?

Mercedes-Benz has also confirmed that the GLA will be receiving a facelift. From the teaser image they released (above), we can tell that it will have a restyled front bumper. This update is being kept under wraps so we will just have to wait until the Detroit Auto Show starts on Jan. 9 to learn more.
