This safety net is the connectivity to a Mercedes-Benz representative who has knowledge of the exact vehicle brand that you drive. By being connected to this means that you can use this technology to contact a Mercedes-Benz representative, who can give you information about your Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
You can utilize the E CallĀ® for emergencies (though as they have stated in the video, please do not use the E CalĀ® for dangerous situations. If you have a true emergency that threatens your health or life, please dial 911). Emergencies that you can use the E CallĀ® for is if you have a vehicle breakdown or need roadside assistance.
